What's irked you this morning?

I was trying to buy a decent bulk of the Christmas presents from Smyths. Using my postcode they generated my address into the billing information yet kept saying there was an error in the address despite them being the ones putting it into that format! My house isn't a new build and I've had deliveries from them many times before! Then they emptied my basked!
What's irked you this fine Sunday morning?

That even though he is 21 years old with a job and girlfriend and a car so you know a apparent adult I still have to bitch & moan at my son to tidy his room while he sulks around like Kevin the teenage dickhead.

Took kids to Aldi near us but not one we normally go to. It was rammed and horrendous. Kids and adults pulling apart the special aisles. I watched one woman and man ripping through the wooden toys throwing boxes everywhere searching for certain wooden cars. It was ridiculous. A child of around 10 was kicking a football all over the aisles and then just threw it back in the bins whilst parents just looked on. Never again in that Aldi. I’ll go back to my normal one. We only went there as we went to pet shop near it and Greggs next door.

Covid. Thought I was over the worst after a very crappy week, but hit by absolute exhaustion again. Managed to hoover and do some washing up, but that appears to have floored me for the rest of the day. Can't even focus on crap TV. Still, back to work tomorrow so at least it's only the fun bits of life I'm missing out on. 😷

My car would not start.

I did however go on a glorious autumn walk with DH. And we are having roast lamb later on.

The weather.
It was forecasted to be sunny and breezy and 13c.
The reality is cold 9C , overcast with no breeze.
Three loads of washing on the rotary dryer 😔😒

And now it's bloody raining - again😠

I've been pretty irk free today, except my DH has been standing in the way a lot. I am thinking of moving the microwave so its not directly opposite the oven. Then he can stare mindlessly at his porridge going round and I can still get things in and out of the oven.
