Decision fatigue

Anyone else get this?
It's not just the jobs that need doing, it's the researching the options, looking at reviews, choosing the best one, best place to buy from, postage options. I sort of wish I could just go to the high street and do it all in one go, but then I worry I'm not getting the best deals or options. And toddler wouldn't have the patience for that anyway.
I'm mum to a 17mo and another on the way. Work part time. Pregnancy this time physically so much harder with various issues.

It just seems like there is a constant cycle of things to do and decide. For instance - an incomplete selection from my current to do list-
Measure toddler's feet, order new shoes, order new rain suit, Christmas presents, order photo prints, order frames for prints, ironing, get out baby clothes, sort toys, read hypnobirthing book, find time to exercise .. Etc.
No sooner is one ticked off than two more pop up in its place.
Husband has his own never ending list so we do share the load - fix guttering, sort car insurance, find solution for washing line issue blah blah blah.

Please tell me it's not just me struggling?!

I reduced decision fatigue by factoring my time as money. If I spend an hour trying to save £10 is it worth it? Not to me it isn't. So giving myself that window of best value allows me to say "good enough". Acknowledge the balance between time and money and make sure your time is valued, it may ease things a little. Half an hour research, sure. Two hours is too much.

IT can happen at any time. Set a deadline for yourself by which you want to make the decision. Then make it. Leaving it open ended gives too much time for procrastination.

Thanks for the tips. I am definitely guilty of spending too long looking at things and wasting my time.
