Finding work advice help

It's 10 days before I get anymore money and I am once again over drawn.

I am currently not working but desperate to work.

I am not working for a while heep of health problems however. Me/CFs(long Covid), IC, Autism, ADHD, and anxiety and depression.

I have a long history of not being able to hold down a job not for lack of trying. I have worked in bars, restaurants, retail, an office, a call centre. Always managed to hold down a job for a few days at worst to a few months at best before having a complete breakdown and being unable to go anymore. I did a fine art hnd. I have tried to sell my work but just fail at the marketing. Same with writing.
But I then I worked as a childminder before I got ME. This worked well for me and I held it down for 7 years. I can't go back to it though due to how inflexible it is and I no longer have a big enough home

i have thought about this a lot and the things I need to be able to manage to hold down a job with my health conditions

I need something that.

Is flexible. Ideally deadline based not set hours.

Is solo working not team work as that is why childminding worked for me when other things didn't.

Has scope to scale so I can start off small hours and hopefully build it up depending on my health.

Can do from home

Would need to have the scope to earn a decent wage as the more hours I work the more I will need to outsource other areas of my life as I just can't work and keep a clean house and cook myself healthy food etc.

I am happy to retrain if I can do an online course.

But I don't even know what kind of job fits all these criteria. I have asked the job centre for advice but they were useless. I am on a wait list for an autism charity that helps you find suitable work but the wait list is long.

I have debt and I have cut back spending as much as I can but I always get to this part of the month and feel complete dread. If I don't work out how to work I only fear it will get worse as the current suggestions about work capability etc sound bleak.

Any idea what kind of work I can do that fits these criteria and if so how do I get a job like that.

I would look at learning to code, or be a software tester.
Also look at service design/experience design.

Able futures is a government funded scheme offering 9 months coaching around workplace issues with a Mental Health Focus. I think you have to be employed to access it but it’s worth a phone call, they’re super friendly and efficient. I’ve referred lots of people and had excellent feedback. If they can’t help you they might be able to signpost you to another scheme.
