Anybody going to see Depeche Mode jan/feb?

Just wondering how much you paid? I’m looking at tickets and they’re in the region of £240+ unless you’re up in the gods. Can’t work out if they were always this expensive when they went on sale or if they’ve shot up in price now they’re nearly sold out?

Really looking forward to tomorrow night at Manchester!

We saw them at the O2 last night. Husband bought the tickets months ago but I think they were in the region of £100-120 each. Seated tickets.

We saw them last week at Birmingham. The standing tickets were only about £100. They were so good, vocals perfect and so much energy. I was knackered after just standing up for 3 hours.

Wow that’s such a lot. I love them but £200+ is too much for me.Have a great time if you do go.

Seeing them in Glasgow on Wednesday ..so excited ! We paid £100 for standing and it’ll be worth every penny. Like PP said there may not be another tour. And I say that as someone who was at Fletch’s last gig (RIP)
I’m a bit gutted they seem to have taken Soul With Me out but keeping fingers crossed for Condemnation!!

Some shows they play Waiting for the Night instead so fingers crossed for you @tothesea . I like both so would've been happy with either.

We were there last Wednesday in Birmingham, like others I fear it may be their last tour (but will be delighted if I am wrong). I was planning on going on my mobility scooter (had wheelchair seats), but it failed but Birmingham arena lent me one of their wheelchairs. The wheelchairs were lovely and we werent near anyone for those unsure!

And of course Depeche Mode were absolutely amazing!

I was at Birmingham, a really good night though I wish we’d been nearer the front, it was a bit too sedate at the back!

My mum went last week - I embroidered her converse so she had custom shoes for the event! She’s seen nearly every tour since she was a teenager (think she’s only missed 2 - one was for my 21st birthday haha) so she’ll be wearing them again anyway! I’ve done a bag for her recently too but can’t find a pic of that! She thought the show was amazing!

He’s just turned 18 @Yourownpersonaljesus he has very eclectic taste in music! It will make it very special to have him there.

Hope you and your son have a brilliant night @tothesea . My DD (25) almost came with me last week (I ended up with a spare ticket) but she was already going out. She does like a couple of DM songs. I actually bumped into one of her friends with her mum on the train going there. It was their first time seeing DM. Then met them on the way back and they both loved it! Love the Converse @Whapples .

Yeah we had seats just over half way back @975zyx and people near us were sitting down a lot of the time. Thankfully they were all standing up by the end.

It was cheaper for us to fly to Berlin to see them so that’s what we are doing 🤣

Berlin is the very best place to see them. I’m very jealous!

Can anyone tell me what time the gig finished at? Bit worried about getting home (and getting up at 6.30 next day 😫)

It finished at 11 last night in Manchester. And, yes, getting up early this morning was a struggle. Far too much dancing & singing last night. You'll have a blast!
