Hi
DDs love a weekend in London and hoped to take the bigger girls down for a couple of days. We’ve done usual tourist stuff but does anyone more local know of anything special on at Christmas? We have seen Frozen and Elf.
Any ideas would be amazing! Thank you! 🎄

Afternoon tea bus like B Bakery (lots others also, some themed), it’s a cute experience and you get to eat lots of sandwiches/cakes.

What ages are the DC?

Depending on their ages the "A Christmas Carol" at the Old Vic is lovely. They do it every year and it's a lovely family- friendly production, and the theatre is beautiful. We go every Xmas eve with DC and it's magical. They have snow coming down from the roof at the end - spoiler! Not sure if you'll get tickets as it's always v popular but worth a look.

Also ice shaking at Somerset house is lovely.

Christmas at Kew - light trail is stunning though again not sure if sold out.

Lights on new Bond Street and windows along Piccadilly and Burlington Arcade all magical and you could have tea in Fortnums.

Christmas markets along the river by London Bridge City outside Hays Galleria and you can combine with Borough Market and surrounding streets, all lovely. Close by is the Unicorn theatre which is a children's theatre.

Depending on DC age they've got Bluey Live at the Southbank Centre and the Christmas markets outside.

Bartholomew the great Christmas concerts. Free. No official age but IMO Age 8+. Go to a candle lit concert

christmasfeast.thelostestate.com/

This is a fabulous event though probably more suitable for older kids.

Thank you all! Lost to look into.
Big girls are 10-6 and love shows/musicals/active things.

Ok, at that age I think they'll really enjoy the Old Vic show in that case, especially if they love shows as it's got songs- if you can get tickets! You could combine with the southbank Christmas market or walk along the river to London Bridge City market as it's all nearby.
