What actually works? I seriously can't breathe through my nose, I've never had a cold this bad before 😭

Help!

Sterimar to wash the sludge out, tiger balm slathered liberally under the jawline, down the back of the neck and on the sides of nose and forehead. Keep your eyes closed because they’ll run like crazy! You can put it on your chest too.

This is going to sound bonkers, but: hold your arms out in front of you, zombie-style, and jog on the spot for a minute or two.

You need a neti pot. Grim but effective.

Well the doctor prescribed both my son and I piriton for blocked noses and sore throats ....it calms the inflammation of the nostrils and it really does work ...it takes about 30 mins to kick in ....if you take the recommended dosage on the bottle then you will not be tired/drowsy the next day and you will be able to drive and work.

This will sound odd but it works! Under each of your armpit are pressure points, if lay down, make a fist and put it under your armpit and then roll over on the same side after a minute or so your nose will completely unblock. It may take a bit of adjusting of your fist to find the right spot but once you’ve found it, it’s like magic. No medication required.

Head over a bowl of boiling water under a towel and inhale the steam. Free and effective usually.

I've started getting really sharp pains in my mid back. It feels like somebody is putting their hands around my mid section and squeezing 😫 so strange!

I forgot to add a crucial detail. You have to make sure you're lifting your knees up, not just shuffling. I learned this method from a yoga teacher who wanted to help people breathe through their noses even if they had a cold. It really works, crazy as it sounds.
