To me, it’s almost asking about your outlook, since they both could be taken to mean similar things. A bit like the glass half full/empty thing.

To me, it sounds like they are asking do you stick to your guns based on your own opinions/morals/ethics/experience etc or are you influenced by others and can be swayed based on outside influences/other people's opinions. I would answer along the lines of 'I'm confident in my own abilities and trust my own thought process and able to take decisive action based on this, however, I understand the importance and value of working as part of a team and able to take on board ideas from others to achieve the best outcome' or something like that. But then again, I could be interpreting it totally wrong 😂 good luck!
