Serci Seum..?

Looking at an old medical report. The doctor has written what looks like Serci Seum Actili. Is there a medical phrase along these lines? Google says “Serci Seum” means “his sheep”, which doesn’t help at all!

Can you take a photo?

I’m fairly confident about Serci Seum but the rest is ??? You might have to click to see the full image.

Is it part of a list of clinical features? Or a list of tests which need to be done?

Without more context it will be tricky to decipher. I used to work in an NHS lab so am used to deciphering doctors writing.

It’s on an old medical record about a mental health condition. At the end is this statement and I don’t know what it means?

Sorry. No idea. I thought the middle word might be serum? The first word could maybe be fever? Maybe someone with some knowledge of mental health referrals will be able to help more.

Is the middle word "severe" perhaps?

Geneticsbunny · 21/09/2023 15:53

That could make sense. Maybe is says "since severe ..." and then something beginning with a?

123ZYX · 21/09/2023 15:59

The last word could be a really badly written "accident"?
