Anyone started it?

Has anyone started it without set things you need to do in that time?

Did it make a big difference to your productivity?

What do you do in that extra time? What do you do when you've done everything you planned but have time before your 'day' starts?

I'm considering it but I think I don't really need to get up that early 🤔

I could start getting up at 7 or 7.30 religiously, instead of 9.45 sometimes lol 😆 I start work at 10, at home. I could spend an hour/hour and half on exercise, and half hour on cleaning. Then just sit and wait to start work with tea 🤷‍♀️

I couldnt read a book, I'd get too engrossed and not want to put it down to start work. Same for watching a series.

I started this at the beginning of August. Though I have a bit of a lie in on a Sunday.

The biggest difference it has made to me is giving me uninterrupted time to exercise, my mornings are no longer rushed and because I feel good after the exercise, I am in a better mood. There are days I feel tired and I sometimes struggle to fall asleep at 9pm (I am an 8 hours a night girl).

I like it overall, and now my DH has started doing it too.

I'm having trouble sleeping at a decent time, I'm regularly wide awake until about 4 then awake from 8/9. Consistently getting up early will help that.

I'm just not sure if 5 is too early for me, but apparently that's the magic number for the health benefits etc.

I dont have a commute or anything, so no constraints on my time.
