What's reasonable to spend on a party entertainer?

Just starting to plan DS's 6th birthday party. This is likely to be the last whole class party I have to arrange. DD has already moved on to smaller groups and an activity I think DS will too next year.

We normally do a hall, huge bouncy castle and games. I want an entertainer this time. I have found a couple of circus style entertainers who look really good. Juggling, unicycle, balloon modelling, that kind of thing. One is £200 and the other is £400. I've watched a lot of videos of both and the more expensive one is undeniably incredible, with much better tricks and equipment, many reviews saying it's the best party entertainer they've ever seen. The cheaper one also has brilliant reviews and I'm sure the children would enjoy it. Is it worth spending the extra? I want to throw DS a fantastic party, I can afford it, I'm just dithering so much on whether it's worthwhile splashing out on a more impressive entertainer or if the kids won't give a shit.

What do people usually spend on this sort of thing?

Thank you for bearing with me though this trivial first world non problem.

We used captain fantastic for a science party. Look them up as they cover a lot of the country. Got the top package it was around £350 as a one off treat for our last class party before we move on
Worth every penny. Not to say a cheaper one wouldn't be good too. But I'm so glad I chose what we did as a special treat

Ah thanks, I'll have a look. Maybe I'll just go for it and not confess the actual cost to DH, as he'll think I've lost my mind.
