How long do you think it will take dh to notice?

Dh works at the local tip and comes home with so much stuff. Most of its brand new!!

Anyway, he came home yesterday with 4 metal letters that spell out love. He has them in the hallway.

Whilst he was at work today, I changed it to vole. How long do you think it would take for him to notice? Grin

My friends husband visited family in Pakistan some years ago. Typical traditional Asian household - they normally ate sitting on the floor. While he was away she bought a kitchen table. It took him seven months to notice it, and she happily told him they had always had it. He didn't notice that wasn't true.

Not even going to mention how he failed to notice the new TV ... ever!

Some delinquent in my household spelt out "Mum is a boob" on my fridge with the alphabet magnets. It took about a week for me to notice.

And then another week to notice that someone else had changed it to "Mam is uniboob" 😡

No dinner for a week for the little rats!! 😂

Ooh @Soubriquet you are going to have to change it every day know.

How about Ole for tomorrow 😂

I had about 3 inches cut off my hair - DH never noticed

I normally wear quite safe plain or very subtle patterned navy skirts. - bought a glorious (well in my eyes) pink, purple and orange alone skirt from Monsoon and DH made not one comment ..,,,

We used to have those jelly letters that cling to the window (Cheap Christmas decorations), that spelled things like "snow", "frost" and "noel". I moved them around to spell 'mole snot' and it was a full day before anyone noticed.

I do this with our NOEL letters for Christmas.

Not much scope though...

Great trick op!

I was hooked on a tiktok series a while back where the woman would put a subtle gap in the row of tshirts her husband had on a rail, knowing he would then pick one of the two in the open space. It worked every time! I think it went on about 3 weeks til someone he knew saw the tiktoks and told him
