For me it is anything quite spicy, but only if the spice comes from chilli. Red, green, jalapeno, chilli oil - just warm or quite spicy.
I don't get the same from Indian spices weirdly, even if quite warm.
I LOVE chilli and it annoys me so much that I get this reaction.
