How to stop this rash

I sometimes suffer from a rash/ what I assume is maybe eczema after using fragranced prouducts or dusting etc. It has recently got worse and very itchy. Today it looks awful. Does anyone have any idea of a cream that could help? A pharmacist recommended using a hydrocortisone but it doesn't seem to be doing much

See your GP for a stronger hydrocortisone cream, the one they sell over the counter isn't strong enough. Avoid fragranced toiletries and wear disposable plastic gloves when cleaning.

It does look like eczema. You need to wear rubber gloves when using any detergents. And moisturise your hands regularly.

I actually found an amazing eczema cream recently. I also get this type of itchy rash which hydrocortisone doesn’t always work for. This is quite a cheap one which works to stop the itch as well as for the rash (it has got steroids in it but seems to work better)

It’s called Eumovate, worth a try

Thanks for the replies. I do try and not use scented products but things like soaps when washing hands out and about don't help. I also do the washing up with gloves on but some gloves on to dust would help

I think I've got some Eumovate, will hunt it out!

And take some antihistamine

Stronger steroids and stop using fragrance. Wear gloves when dusting.

I have eczema and it sucks.

Aveno itch relief cream is good. E45 also do an itch relief one.

I use cetraben or zeroderm

Aveeno Dermexa Balm -intensely moisturising for very dry itchy skin. It's worked for me where others haven't. It has to be the balm though.
