What were your symptoms of pcos or endometriosis? I want to know peoples experience of both as I think I may have one or other…
my period cycles are quite long which I think is not normal for my age I’m 25 I’ll post a picture of what my cycles normally are. When I do get my period I get very bloated and feel rubbish for about a week or 2 before. Although this cycle I’ve not had any bloating or my normal pms symptoms just felt drained the past 2 weeks had to have a nap with my daughter yesterday took a test 3 days ago was negative. Then my periods are very light can get any with a panty liner.
sex is also painful during to the point I’m almost crying and sex drive is low. (This is only since having my daughter 2 years ago via c section.)
I had a blood test which was a day after my period ended was normal. Had transvagial ultrasound and normal one and nothing was found

Hi, I have Endo. They won't find it on ultrasound unless there's endometriomas that are quite big. PCOS I think shows on internal ultrasounds....

Specialist MRI can, mine latest (this year) one showed it had progressed to stage 4, but it was done by a top dog. My previous (2018) bog standard one initially picked up nothing, then my laparoscopy diagnosed stage 3.

The only definitive way to diagnose is laparoscopy.

I also have adenomyosis and PCOS, but my symptoms include (not limited to) Heavy periods, painful periods-like labour, bloating, fatigue, brain fog, pain during ovulation, cycles all over the place, migraines. I did have pain during sex but that seems to have disappeared with a lot of talking therapy and perseverance.

It took me 17 years to get a diagnosis despite telling doctors that I'm sure I had Endo. So I'd recommend pushing for laparoscopy if you can.
Women's health care is seriously shite to be honest. They just wanted me on hormonal contraception and to "get on with it".... NO!
