Name of a baby sling 1995

One of mine was born in 1995 and I bought a navy baby sling. It had a specific brand name which I've forgotten.

I think I read an article whilst I was pregnant about the woman behind that particular design and the word 'mama' springs to mind but I can't be sure.

I now need one to carry hold an elderly dog.

Modern ones don't seem to have as much fabric.

I had a reply from Angela at Pouchlings and she said that she cannot reply here as not a member, but she recommends that you look at the Infantino bag slings on ebay. These are no good for babies, as they are the dangerous kind some of us mentioned before, but good for pets who can poke their head out of the top. As they are dangerous for babies you can only now buy them second hand.

The Wilkinet was more of a front carrier like a backpack you wear on your front, I didn't like it, I didn't think it was very supportive.

I think I had one called a Kangaroo, but that was in the 80s.
