Which Royal/VIP will represent England at the Women's World Cup?

As Prince William, Head of the FA, is not going, who will represent the country in Australia?

If it was the men's world cup, would Prince William have not have cleared his diary to attend? I cannot imagine a situation where England's men were in the World Cup Final and the Prime minister and Royals not falling over themselves to attend.

Maybe Harry should go... LOL!

I sincerely doubt PW or VIP/PM would be absent if the England men's team were in the World Cup final. No way.
There is still a very long way to go before women's sport is regarded as equal and as important as men's, sadly.
