Kitchen Renovation Costs?

Hi guys! Wondered if you could possibly help?

Currently planning a kitchen renovation, we're in south of England.

I know this is a "how long is a piece of string situation" but just need to test the waters a little. I wondered if anyone has finished a renovation of their kitchen this year or last and could give me ball park costings including labour, supply and fit of cabinets/worktops/appliances etc. We're looking for something low/mid-range Howdens, Wickes, etc.

If you could say which county you are in too that will help me gauge labour costs. Plus anything else pertinent about what was included would be so helpful!

Thank you in advance!

We’re in central London and have been told £3k per sqm for structural work and £2k per sqm for plastering & decorating etc. Not sure about kitchen costs and fitting sorry.

About £25k inc all appliances, plumber, electrician and fitter

We are in Sussex on the coast.

Currently planning a new kitchen in an open plan extension (will be L shaped and with a central Island) and have roughly budgeted the following :

Kitchen Units (Howdens or Benchmarx) - £5 k

Integrated Appliances (we are starting from scratch as none in our existing kitchen are worth saving) - £5 K

Worktops - 1 k

Tiles (for flooring and walls) - £1.5 k (DP will do the tiling so no labour costs there)

Other decorating costs - £500 (No labour needed)

Kitchen / Appliance / Worktop Fitting - £2 k

Removal / Disposal of old kitchen - £500

So, approx £15.5 BUT we have already spent £££ to get to this point (electrics and plumbing in the area have been significant costs) but this may not be so relevant if you are renovating an existing kitchen area.

Good luck !
