Hi I'd love to go Cadbury world and take my older DS however toddler DD is dairy free due to intolerance, (Not life threatening) is this a terrible choice to go? Anyone ever been while dairy free?
It would be while we were there on holiday so no one to have DD while we go.

It’s not the ideal place for a dairy free child as it’s a fun day out surrounded by chocolate but as she’s a toddler you could take packs of dairy free chocolate with you and every time they hand out free chocolate bars just give her the chocolate she can eat so she doesnt feel like she’s missing out.

just be extra careful when it’s the workshop session as they play with the runny chocolate and make their names and shapes on the work surface.

she will love the park and rides, I wouldn’t take her if she was older but as a toddler she’ll Be ok

It says on the website: “All guests receive complimentary bars of chocolate on entry to Cadbury World and for anyone with dietary requirements, these can be exchanged for alternative products. In our Chocolate Making zone there is a tasting experience, here we can offer dairy free toppings in place of the warm liquid chocolate sample such as jelly babies and marshmallows.”

I found your question yesterday whilst wondering the same thing. We took the kids today and my DD is dairy free.
They give you 3 bars each when you enter, so I asked for a dairy free alternative and they gave her a slab of plant based cadburys 🥰 on the part where you get the melted chocolate with toppings, they gave her jelly babies and marshmallows. Definitely worth the trip, as they're the only 'eating bits' 😊

I’m on a merlin pass group , Cadbury world has just been added and people have asked this question. From what I see it seems they will give you dairy free chocolate in place of what they usually give so won’t miss out there . They do a part where you get a little pot of chocolate and toppings like marshmallows, that isn’t dairy free and there isn’t an alternative but you can just have a pot of marshmallows/sweets instead . There is then a part where you make patterns etc with chocolate , this isn’t dairy free but you can’t eat it anyway so it depends if your son is ok touching it , if not it’s just that small activity he will miss out on . There is lots to do there that doesn’t involve eating chocolate so I’m sure you will have a lovely day!
