What advice would you give to your younger self?

What advice would your younger self? I'm not talking about specific advice more like general life advice for instance I'm in my 30s and I would say to myself in my 20s to travel more and save more (maybe a bit of a contradiction there!). Now I'm half way through my 30s I'm thinking - make the effort to bridge the gaps in geography and see friends and family more frequently no matter how busy life gets. Also thinking to sort out pensions etc. How about you?

Don't worry so much about what other people think about you. Popularity is not as important as you think.

Don't tale good health for granted. Just because you are slim and never need to diet you still need to exercise for your bones. Do lots of exercise whether you like it or not.

Put more in your pension and less down your neck in boozy nights out

Take a chance now and then, you only live once.

The back trouble that began before your teens, and has troubled you on and off ever since, is because you have a long torso and hyperlordosis. You need to maintain a strong core in order to avoid constant pain and reduced mobility which will make you feel and move older than you are.

Go to the dentist.

Stop eating cream doughnuts.
