I live in a city that has a horse racing season. The behaviour of people attending the races is becoming increasingly obnoxious. There's no way I would have a night out in the city centre at the weekend. We also attract hen and stag parties. I'm thankful that I don't live in a part of the city where the race goers cause the locals problems, but my local pub is close to the race-course so it's always full on race day afternoons. Fair enough; I have no problem with that, even though it's a family pub the rest of the time and they take the place over and are so loud. But I know they'll be gone soon.
But previously in the season we were looking out of the pub window to see a coach stopped to allow several men to get out and wee against a hedge, opposite the pub, in a residential area. This is a very busy road, and the main route in for those attending the races. Today, heading to the supermarket there was a mini-bus, pulled in on a residential little off-road (about five houses), with four or five men weeing up against a hedge which is a border for a primary school. Obviously school not open, but these men were weeing on a school's hedge - how is that normal behaviour these days?
