Moving into a tiny house with a tiny bathroom that will be new. In the bathroom I can either have:

A) a tiny bath with a shower over it (the bath is smallest they do, very cramped & not a bit comfortable for adults but helpful for bathing a baby and toddler?).

or

B) a largish shower (helpful for adults, but how do you shower a 1 & 2 year old?)

I’d go for the bath option with little ones as a bath is usually part of their routine. As long as you can stand in the bath as adults and have a shower.
The alternative would be a baby bath on the shower base. Restrictive and hard to fill and store. If you stay there you can always have a shower instead once children are older.

I'd go with the large shower, and get a folding baby bath. Stokke do an extra large one that would fit a 1 to 2 year old.

A bath if you have small children. And you would then also have somewhere for soaking stuff or handwashing loads of clothes in an emergency etc.

But I did shower my child from about 18 months quite easily. But she does usually put the plug in for a 'shower bath' 🙄

Shower with a deep tray and a hand held hose as well as the regular shower head and a plug. That's what we did when he had a mobile holiday home.

Thank you. I’m leaning towards bath.

I think I need to go and stand in one and check it’s still good for showering. The problem is finding a bathroom showroom that has a tiny bath out on display.
