Do you wear what you want and feel confident ?

just been shopping online for a new dress for a wedding and it’s made me realise I’m not sure I’ll feel comfortable or happy in anything. I normally live in leggings and tops all year round and never dress up for anything.
I have another two stone to lose so I always tell myself once I’ve lost the weight then I can buy nicer clothes but not until then as I feel too fat in everything.
because of my size I am very embarrassed to wear certain things and prefer to cover up but I’m only in my late twenties and feel I am wasting time hating on my body/appearance and should learn to wear whatever I like.
Does anyone else feel the same? Or are you just confident in wearing whatever you like at whatever size?

I dress a little "quirkily" (so I'm told) and wear what I want completely. I'm 53 and about 1st overweight and don't care. I'm wearing green dungarees, a funny tee shirt, white Scetchers Bobs and a black Vans hat. I look fabulous.

Buy the clothes you like, ignore the size, that's just a manufactured number. As long as they fit well, you'll look fantastic.
