Just that. I need someone to give me some help deciding what to do. I have degrees but not in anything terribly useful. I'm open to learning something new just need guidance as to what. Any ideas where to go?

I'm in Scotland. I wonder if there's an equivalent. Will take a look, thanks!

I was in a similar boat and tried a few places but I found them quite unhelpful (sorry). I found if you have degrees and looking at a change of career the people I spoke to weren't great. They talked about basic job interview techniques, entry level roles and things I had already found on the internet.

Following with interest if there is a better service to use!

They are a free all age service and will likely have a centre in your local high street

My friend did a course when she was fed up of her job with Careershifters and loved it. They have lots of free guidance and stories on their website, too.

Your local FE college will offer free advice and guidance from a qualified careers advisor
