Time management tips

I am surprised to find this is half way through June.

I have not managed to do the things I wanted to do this year.

anyone got tips? I’ve got ADHD, which is the issue, but I cannot really tell what day it is and I don’t manage to estimate what is practical in the time I have. So I waste a LOT of time.

if you have a routine - how did you get that and how do you keep it going?

I write lots of lists & have a diary

Things that MUST be done

Things that need doing

Things that I would like to be done

Watching because I'm the same and almost certainly have ADHD but I'll probably never get round to pursuing a diagnosis, which is telling in itself.

A few weeks ago I bought this book.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B079SWFVPC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_d_asin_title_o05?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I haven't got round to reading it yet, but it has good reviews and was recommended on the last time management thread I read on here. And it's only 99 p on Kindle.

What’s the title of the book?

I make lists but forget you check them.

my mornings are chaos and I realise that my stuff should be in the same place instead of scattered all over the house.

It's called 'Make Time: How to focus on what matters every day'

I was expecting MN to insert the link preview so this would be obvious, but one of the times I wanted this to happen, it didn't.

Ah thank you!

I definitely need this book. I feel like I have wasted 20 years with unfinished jobs and good intentions without time management skills.
