Something not quite right with Bea

I'm a casual observer of the royals. There's something about Princess Beatrice that seems not quite right. I've read that she and her sister are fabulous women, despite the parents, and I've seen nothing to say otherwise. Seeing her at Ascot today, she looks pale, drawn. I'm not sure it's motherhood.

Has the father's behaviour taken its toll? She got to wear QE2 wedding tiara and evening dress for her wedding which is lovely, but she's missed a lot other young royals had.

First world problems I know, but this is specifically about Beatrice irrespective of her birth right.

I walked past her today (in the royal enclosure), she looked okay - thin, but not as thin as the Princess of Wales.

And Ascot is a fucking hideous event.

It's easy to look washed out in photos - you need heavy makeup to look good but that doesn't look great in real life especially during the day
She probably looks great up close, but enough blusher to look good in pics looks clown like in the day

I love that dress.

Possibly it is the colours she's wearing. On the weight comparison with POW, I think POW looks strong and fit so wears her slimness well.

If she is pregnant then that's lovely news

I just searched for the photos, I think she looks fine apart from the dress colour washing her out?

I get where you are coming from OP. Happy to admit I follow the younger royals and enjoy seeing what they are up to/wearing. I've thought for many months that she doesn't look well. She seems slimmer than ever and maybe just doesn't carry it well. As you mentioned POW is obviously slimmer but looks strong and healthy.

And today I thought she looked great!

I love the dress that she wore today!

Maybe the hat is a bit too fussy for it?
