Is this grammatically correct?

I have to keep making phone calls to a certain government phone line. They use the phrase “please do not worry as we use this information to help people more quickly”

It doesn’t sound right to me. I’m not a person for grammar. I don’t care tbh but this always sounds so weird

It is correct, yes. I guess you're talking about "more quickly"?

Quickly is an adverb to describe how they help people. "More quickly" is a comparative adverb, i.e. they help people more quickly with your info than if they didn't have it.

What is it they say immediately prior to that sentence?

It's a little awkward and mannered, but not grammatically incorrect

What is it they say immediately prior to that sentence?

Urm….they are asking for personal details and that it can sometimes be repeated
