Diets, why can I only ever stick to it for 2 weeks

Every single time. I do 2 weeks, lose a few pounds, then fall off the wagon. So cross with myself. I desperately need to lose weight but food is my comfort. Its so hard to break bad habits.
Any advice?

Thank you, like 16:8?
I think I would be prepared to give that a go. Could you link to the thread? Thanks

16:8 is an excellent starting point for fasting.

Research how seed oils affect the body and weight too. It’s eye opening. Seed oils (vegetable, rapeseed etc), are used in lots of food, so you will have to read labels for anything pre prepared.

So I'm thinking I'm just going to focus on the next 5 days. I've planned 5 healthy dinners for me and DH and 5 different dinners for kids. Then I'm going to have an egg based brunch each day as well and lots of water.
I'm enjoying the gym so will try to go twice over the next 5 days. Plus walk my dog.
I'm just going to think about the next 5 days and no more.

I work from home which helps.
Fish or vegetarian meal ideas are welcome, thank you.
