Vintage watch - can anyone help identify age?

I bought a lovely vintage silver watch for my upcoming wedding (although now I want to wear it all the time).

I looked at the silver hallmarks on the back and I think I've dated it to 1937 from Birmingham.

I'm not worried about how much it is (or isn't) worth but is there anywhere I can find out about it's history?

It is an Accurist 21 jewels watch.

I've uploaded some photos of it and also with me wearing it. You can see how to it is because my smart watch left a massive imprint on my wrist.

That's the right date, a very pretty marcasite watch Smile

I was going to say 40's 30's and 40's marcasite was very popular with silver a bit of glamour for a reasonable price for people.
It's very sweet.

Thanks all. One of the stones is missing and I wondered if it's fairly easy to get it replaced or whether I should leave it as is for the charm.

You can pick up fairly cheap marcasite brooch perhaps one already damaged and pick and glue a new stone yourself. Charity shops and ebay will have them.
You would probably get charged quite a bit somewhere professional.
I would replace it as it would bug me!
