The other day I was at the beach with my wonderful grandchildren. It was magical. Tide was low, weather was great. They absolutely love spending time with each other. Everything was perfect.

And then the gorgeous little ones held hands and sweetly said "I know, we can sing" My heart was bursting with grandmotherly emotion.

Off they skipped...
then started doing a sort of arm-swinging gorilla action, singing that annoying bit from Lady Gaga's Bad Romance...

That reminds me of the time when the angelic little 6 year old flower girl at a family wedding was skipping around in her little white dr4ess and headdress singing. 'I'm a teenage dirtbag' Made me smile then too.
