Day one! It's a low activity day, so I would think I'll survive!

I hope you ha e a wine glass from the 1970s as they are much smaller than they are now.

But bottles aren’t, and it says you can have whole one over the day.

Ooh loving this and following too lol. I think maybe ok as a holiday beside a pool diet, I’m not sure how well I would function at work on this one. I always get very hungry when drinking alcohol unless I’m absolutely plastered, I would have thought a cigarette would be better diet suppressant

I feel like to do this diet authentically you also need a handsome and brooding lover who you will have tempestuous (post-boozy lunch) fights with.

I bet Joan Collins would have given the wine, eggs, and probably fags, diet and good go back in the day. Then back to the hard work of swinging naked on a swing with a brooding Oliver. No zoom calls for her!
