10 years ago, we did take the Eurostar and I’m sure I won’t have changed

@feralunderclass i feel the same as you! How many ornament stalls can there possibly be without them all just selling the same stuff?!
anyway, I’ve only been to one last year and it was because dd was at uni in Bristol and wanted us to come down and go with her, it was, as expected, pretty crap - but we had a lovely day with her anyway!!

Berlin - the atmosphere is fantastic. We went to four different ones and each one was great. Gendarmenmarkt was pretty and festive and had entertainment , Potsdammer platz had a giant toboggan run and the one by the TV Tower had a fun fair and ice rink. Ku Dam had great food.

I've been to Budapest , Brugges and Prague too but Berlin beats them all.

My friends say that Munich is the best they've ever been to but they also loved Berlin.
