I've tickets to Beyoncé on Sat but there's a train strike! Assuming I can get in to London, how do I get to Tottenham stadium from there?

We went on Tuesday- she is amazing!

Doors are at 5 but she comes on around 7.50. No support.

Closest tube is Tottenham Hale but it's still a good 20/25 mins walk. Deffo not sketchy walking back as there are loads of happy Beyonce fans everywhere. Tottenham Hale best for when you're heading back into Central London as it's the stop before Seven Sisters so by the time it's at Seven Sisters it's rammed.

You'll love it, have a great time!

From Woking I would train it definitely! I would drive into esher, surbiton or thamesditton.

Can do esher to Vauxhall and get on the tubes then. Free parking on the long street behind. Last train comes in about 1am I think.

Surbiton more frequent trains, options for routes etc. but you have to pay to park. Trains come in later here if you get delayed. A taxi from surbiton to esher isn’t going to be that much if you chose esher but things do go tits up.

Another option Thames ditton. I don’t know why I never go from there. I just don’t but its same line. Quiet commuter town.

Placemarking as DD and friends are going. None have ever been in London before.

Enjoy the concert!

The OP doesn't need to.

RMT strikes stop nearly all trains on South Western Railway, but on Saturday it is ASLEF striking so there should be most trains with some cancellations.

Then once she gets into Waterloo, TFL services should be running.

Tottenham Hale is a far closer walk, just get off there and walk with the crowds.

I went on Wednesday. We walked from Seven Sisters it took us about 20 mins but I'm a fast walker 😄 we left before the concert ended to get out before the mad rush. Tottenham is a rough area at night, I power walked back to the tube with my heart in my mouth!

In regards with what to wear. There was so many people in glitter, diamanté and just all round sparklyness. Lots of cowboy boots and hats. Have fun it was fab x

Parking at Fleecefield Primary looks a decent option. I think it's outside the Ulez zone and is only about a mile south to the stadium. Walking along main roads. Seven Sisters is on my commute and it's been well and truly heaving each evening there's been a concert. So might be best to avoid public transport and just drive, park and walk.

As for what to wear - definitely spangles all the way plus cowboy hats and silver gloves. Looked great fun!!

@Phoebewillow did it feel like a safe walk back to that primary school?
