Ridiculously niche question...for Londoners/people who've been to the NHM recently

I am taking nephew to the Natural History Museum next week.

Now I am not saying that 7 year old boys occasionally get odd fixations, but: when I asked him what he'd like to do (other than see the biggest Titanosaur fossil ever found) he answered: I really really want to try an ice cream sandwich. This is his dream of London, an ice cream sandwich (Ie ice cream between two cookies). He has never had one. I think he may have read of them in a book.

So. Does anyone know anywhere near the NHM/round South Kensington generally, where one can buy an ice cream sandwich???

(I said it was niche...)

Possibly Oddonos … In the branch near me I’m pretty sure I’ve seen what look like ice cream sandwiches in their special fridge where they do the cute mini cones that my toddler loves! And there’s a branch in South Ken. I just don’t want to promise as I’m not certain but I can guarantee that their gelato is delicious, the best in London I think, so regardless it won’t be a wasted trip!

See this is the insider knowledge I needed, I looked on oddano's website and couldn't see a mention of them. But I did wonder if they might do them as an in-the-shop thing 😊.

Also this has all made me badly want ice cream and I'm stuck in an office with only a salad and a Diet Coke to look forward to 😭

Why would you think to check Deliveroo to see the full menu at Snowflake, OP? 😂It's weird that Snowflake don't have their gelato treats on the menu pdf even though they have pictures of them and list them elsewhere on the site. Sadly for my waistline, I knew that they sell them because I ate too many of them during last summer's heatwave!

Pizza Pilgrims does an ice cream sandwich dessert plus really good pizza. There isn't one super close to NHM but check it out if you want a lunch option - there's a few not too far away.

I haven’t been for a while but I’ve had an ice cream sandwich from Oddonos in South Ken. There’s photos of them on google.

If you can't get one buy some nice cookies and a pot (cardboard) of ice cream and slice the ice cream plop it between the cookies and serve
