I am unexpectedly in hospital - what should I ask my husband to bring in?

Just had surgery, should be going home tomorrow. Have already got my phone charger. What else do I want?

Food,when my son was in critical care,the hospital very kindly define but ten portions were tiny!
Tablet if you can access hospital wifi you can watch stuff I watched pretty much all.of Happy Valley
s of drinks if you don't like tea and cofee.

My teenage ds was in charge of packing a bag for me when I got kept in. He pretty much laid out everything I owned on the bed and took pictures. I just circled what I wanted and sent the photos back.

Tbh, I wouldn't have thought of that. But he's male, and goes for the easiest option🤣

An enormous bottle of water that you can refill, it's so easy to get dehydrated and those teeny tiny cups aren't much use. Ear plugs/ noise cancelling headphones, preferably both.
