What shade of blue is this ??

A plant in the garden has flowered and it's this gorgeous blue colour, or is it purple ?? I'm not sure but it's beautiful !! Any idea what the plant is also ? 😆

It's definitely a glandora, I have them in my garden too.

It's not cornflower blue to me, that's a paler shade IMO. I'd say it's a bright royal blue.
