Animals seeing ghosts you can't.

I believe I have seen ghosts all of my life. Most not very nice.
However I recently lost a sibling and I think he visited me today. I live in a modern house and my little dog was going crackers but wagging his tale. My brother was a bit of a dog whisperer. He loved animals and they loved him.
No one else in the house and I was upstairs in bed. I didn't see a figure.
I would love to know your thoughts.

I don’t know about ghosts but my dog 100% knew when my dad, who he adored, died. I won’t go into details as quite outing to anyone who knows me but various things happened that were really weird and out of character for him.

I do believe that ghosts exist but I'm not sure why animals should see them more than humans. Perhaps they are more able to pick up on an atmosphere.

when my dad died the dog would stand and stare at a corner of the room and whimper and wag its tail . My cat refused to walk ion the carpet in front of the fire . If you put him on it he would jump up in the air like he'd been scalded . I know I dog lived in this house as I've seen his paw print on the concrete path .

I do believe in the afterlife and I think it's possible, but usually when my dog is acting weird it's usually because he can see a tiny fly that's barely visible. When one of my kids was a baby though, we went to visit my ex's nan, in the home where his grandad had not long died, and she was smiling and giggling at something we couldn't see, she was fixated.

I temporarily lived in a house built in the 1100s. It was huge, part empty. From soon after I moved in both one cat and my dog would stare at a corner of the living room. No mice, no other animals in the house but they’d do this most evenings.
We moved out to a modern house and no wall staring occurred after that.

My cat sometimes stares very intently on something in the sitting room. It just looks like the wall to me, but I know her very well and she's definitely looking at something.
