Sturdy, long lasting washing up brush

I am a big fan of the old Stiwex brushes from Lakeland which lasted for years, but they've been discontinued and everything else I've tried has been a disappointment and worn out after a month or two.

If you have a washing up brush which actually lasts, what is it? Or, alternatively, if you know how to get hold of any Stiwex brushes, please let me know.

I have a Dishmatic Glide brush. It’s silicone and has lasted years.

Vileda fresh dishbrush. First one lasted years, amazingly. On my second. Had some crappy ones in between. Just sturdy and rinses really clean

I have a £2 one from amazon which I've had for about 4 years.

How do you wear them out? Hard plastic bristles last forever!

I have typically used IKEA brushes, but a year or two ago I bought a Joseph Joseph Edge one from TK Maxz (mainly because it matched my green washing up bowl). It has a bit sticking out so that you can hang it to dry overhanging the sink and a scraper on the head, which is surprisingly useful for casserole dishes etc. I'll probably buy this type again.

I agree, those Stiwex ones were brilliant. The bristles were long enough and soft/flexible enough to really work in all sorts of dishes, glassware and pans. It’s so disappointing they’ve been discontinued. I’m looking for good alternatives too.
