What rewards?

If you regularly do any type of exercise, what type of rewards programme would you enjoy? I own a studio and want customers to feel valued. We do gifts currently when customers hit big milestones. Interested in what you'd like to see.

I have a fab local studio, there is no rewards programme and it's never crossed my mind to expect one. They do a monthly competition for those who want to take part eg how many burpees can you do in 60 seconds and the winner gets a pt session.

Our customers definately don't expect it... But it's just something we like to do to show we appreciate them. We do a personalised gift

Maybe instead of doing a competition for a PT session "who can do the most Burpees in a minute" do it as a lottery instead. As the person who can do the most Burpees in a minute may not need a PT session, but someone struggling towards the bottom of the table may find it more beneficial.

Oh thanks but we wouldn't do anything that focuses on being competitive with goals, we are a yoga studio so that's not in our ethos.

Small bottles of something organic, hand cream, shower gel etc they could choose from a range or a small basket of them ?

What do you mean by "hit big milestones"?

bryceQ · 22/05/2023 17:49

Sorry i should have been clear, I mean for example joined 200 classes. It's not focused on goals like "did a headstand."

We have a shop so can definately offer goodies which we do. Just never sure if people would prefer credit off a pass or a physical item.

So in fact you are trying to reward loyalty rather achievement? In that case, why not let them choose between an item or discount from your shop or a credit towards classes?
