Landlord not acting on moisture in walls/mould

So we live in a rented house. It gets mould in winter. We clean it, have done Anti mould paint in dc bedroom. Eventually the rental agency has come out and checked moisture levels in walls. They're really high- up to 18 in some places, around every window and kitchen.

We were waiting for feedback on what landlord will be doing.
Got a letter yesterday with the generic do's & don't for mould and condensation- open windows, don't dry washing inside etc. That's it. Also got a rent increase of £100. One dc has asthma and I'm not sure we can do another winter here with mould etc. I was hoping the landlord may do something, I think it's a grey area to prove it's structural so his responsibility. Any advice on rights or do we need to move?

Move. Renting is shit in Britain but there are some places better than others. Look out for the signs of damp in future - any smell, fresh paint, obvious structural issues only visible on the back wall they don’t want you to walk around…

Landlords won’t do anything about structural issues.

Thanks
