What cooking gadgets do I need to survive without a cooker (aga)

I have an aga. It's our only cooking source. But with gas prices as they are I want to turn it off for the summer.

I don't want to fill the cupboards with lots of cooking gadgets so what's the bare minimum we could get away with.

I thinking:
Slow cooker
Combi microwave
Air fryer

But not sure how we'd do pasta and rice etc.

Perhaps a single induction plate.

Has anyone made the same choice and survived the summer?

I realise this is quite a specific audience!!

We have an oil fuelled Aga, and turn it off usually July / Aug when the weather is warmer. We have two large ikea boards placed on top of the open plates with a two ring induction hob, we also have a built in electric oven.
Truthfully we look forward to turning it back on as the kitchen feels odd without it!

Oh wow, thanks for all the responses.
Lots in the same boat it seems. I thought I'd post and then assumed I wouldn't get any responses so only just checked back.

To answer some questions, we would cook for a family of 4.

I'm thinking that instant pot air fryer combo and a single induction unit thing.

Will research all options sent through. I think we would turn it off June - September.

I don't think it's quite as shocking a cost as some agas out there as it's gas but probably costs £150 a month to run.

I do like the look of the new ninja Woodfire BBQ type thing but I'll end up spending as much as we will save!

In the summer especially we like the barbecue. My parents lived in Canada and we brought back gas barbecues well before they were a thing over here in the Uk. In winter, if you can brave the cold ( we are in south Uk) you can pretty much cook on them all year round - bonus. Smell and mess outdoors! . And not just regular grilled stuff. After the too big whole Turkey for the combi microwave upthread, we've cooked over large stuff in the barbi with great success. Get a good probe thermometer to check its done. I use the thermometer anyway these days wherever I cook meat, fish and poultry.

We used the Ninja 15 in one (it air-fries, sautés, boils, pressure cooks, slow cooks and lots of other stuff) combined with toaster, microwave and BBQ when our aga was off last year. I missed the aga, but it was perfectly do-able for a few months and we’re planning to do the same this year.
