How much do you help your 6 year old with their homework?

I'm not sure if DD is struggling or if this is normal. Basically I try to guide her but in the end I have to tell her about 90% of the answers especially with things like phonics. Part of me thinks I should just let her do it wrong so the teacher is aware. But then I also think if I don't correct her or explain it to her so she isn't learning that it is wrong.

For maths homework (Numbots game on the tablet) I just let 6 year old DD get on with it. For maths worksheets and for reading/phonics I'll sit with her to support her. If she gets it wrong I'll ask her to look again and if she still gets it wrong I'll tell her the correct answer. So yes, I do help her as if she's sat there getting it wrong I don't see how that's helping her learn.... she may not even know she hasn't got the right answer.

For anything creative - drawing or making something I'll just let her crack on.

My 7 year old doesn’t get homework other than a reading book (which gets changed whenever she has read it, usually gets 4-5 books a week)
