I have severe GERD and I'm on lansoprazole everything is looks normal on endoscopy. I was 70kg 6 months ago I'm now 57kg bmi normal for now. I look awful tits have deflated. I can't be bothered to eat cause of the uncomfortable feeling so far today I've had a hot chocolate and crisps. I'm having all the multivitamins. I've never been a grazer but I'm regurgitating the traditional 3 meals back up.
Has anyone got any tips ? Or a meal plan. I'm waiting for referral to dietician and who knows how long that would take.

If you are managing hot chocolate then get some nutritional shakes. Things like Ensure, build-up come as a powder and you mix them with milk. I think sainsburys even do their own tub of powder which might be cheaper.
They will be more calories if made with whole milk but even if you use semi it at least gives you protein and essential minerals whilst you are waiting for your appointment. If you are able to manage a little food then drink a shake with/after meals to help.

There’s an aloe Vera juice on Amazon that helped me!

I’m now using symprove - it’s a gut health liquid supplement.

I’m also on the same medication. But I’m overweight and had severe GERD.

I have also got IBS -

My GERD is less with the lansprazole but I don’t like taking it.

The link for the Aloe Vera juice - this helped to stop me being sick last year.

I hope that helps.

The gut health liquid is helping my IBS and and the acid reflux is much better.

I was the same a couple of years ago. Now I take omeprazole maybe once a week at most and a very low dose.
First I learned I was allergic to the preservative calcium propionate found in bread products. That stopped the horrendous stomach pain I was getting all the time.
Then I cut out everything known to cause increased acid production plus some things I knew were a trigger for me (including crisps and pasta). Then when I was feeling better, I gradually introduced foods. The things I still can't eat now are common heartburn causes, raw onions (all onions), undercooked or raw peppers, bacon and chilli.
Find your triggers and cut them out. It's the only way. Crisps and chocolate are probably making you feel worse.
