What makes your 10 year old boy laugh out loud!

My 10 year old says he can’t remember last time he laughed and it’s making me feel bad. Maybe a really funny movie would help.
He is fairly happy I think but doesn’t seem to actually laugh much. He says sometimes his whole class laughs at something and he can’t seem to join in.

Thanks feeling like a bad mum for not doing enough fun things with him. He has an older brother who I do often hear giggle. I guess they are very different characters

Another vote for Jamie Smart's graphic novels. Looshkin is good as well.

Andy Stanton's books are very funny, especially the audiobooks which he reads himself. We had the audio of You're a Bad Man Mr Gum in the car and even DH and I were laughing.

Kids take their cues from parents more than we sometimes realise, so if they hear you laughing at something, they're more likely to laugh too. You could try just showing them whatever you find funny and enjoying it together.

BBC Ghosts, Taskmaster Bleeped and the Goes Wrong Show on iPlayer, I think there's a couple of Goes Wrong plays on there too - if not they are on YouTube.

Multi player games on a Switch or Wii console where everyone is up and jumping around, usually ends up in mild hysterics here.

We get the Beano weekly, definitely that.horrid henry, horrible histories,some if the shows on CBBC,whatever that school one is.

The beano is really popular for my 10 year old. I love the development of language through puns too.

Also a joke I heard on the radio: "Have you heard about The Rock going to the toilet?..........

Playing very simple games with his 84 year old Gran who just can't do it (to be fair she hams it up and we are all in hysterics)

Watching Jelly on YouTube- he comments on playing various video games so god knows why its so funny but sometimes DS is almost wetting himself with laughter

He recently watched a Michael Mcintyre clip and giggled at that too.

My 10yr old just saw his brother (17y) practising on his BMX, trying to bunny hop up the concrete patio steps, failing backwards spectacularly, causing a huge gash on his shin, elbow and wrist along with bruises and pain everywhere.
Apparently it was hysterically funny and has rewatched the CCTV over and over again.
He's also discovered sarcasm and finds that hilarious too 🙄
