Has anyone bought from Dusk?

I'm looking at buying this loveseat from Dusk but just wondering if anyone's tried them and what the service was like? I'm wary of ordering a sofa without trying it!

Haven't ordered furniture but have ordered lots of bed linen and towels.
I really like them. Quality is good and a fair price.

Ive bought bedlinen and a bedspread from them. Not as thick cotton as the White Company but pretty good.

I was a bit disappointed in the Dusk bed linen I bought. It certainly wasn't poor quality by any means, but I have bought better, and they had the weirdest shaped pillow cases I have ever seen!

That is a very pretty sofa, but personally I would never buy a sofa unseen and untried if I was going to be using it every day. As a mainly decorative item, for a spare room or something maybe.

Yes that was my thought process too. It'll be as a little reading nook but not the main sofa

Bought towels and they were gorgeous and very reasonably priced. They’ve held up very well a year on!

I saw this thread the other day and I got a loveseat delivered this morning from Dusk not that one but similar and I must say its pretty good for the money. It really quite solid. The delivery updates were a bit rubbish but the seat is fab.

Did you end up buying this seat?

I haven't yet, I'm pondering it still but very tempted

I’m just about to order this - can’t find anything I like in any shop so I’m going to take the plunge and order! It won’t be the main sofa so hoping if it’s not too comfy that it’ll look good!

I've seen this TikTok video before, I remember all the beige putting me off the seat a little 😂 I wish the TikToker had reviewed the seat.

I got this seat and a matching sofa, arrived a few weeks ago. Looks lovely but really poor quality seat cushions. They're only one sided, so you can't flip them if you have spills - back is covered with a black backing fabric. Cushions really underfilled (with cheap, thin foam) and saggy, cushion doesn't spring back after you sit on it, making it look even lumpier and worse.
Disappointing, but I got rid of my previous furniture to make way for this, so I'm kinda stuck with it.

I personally would never buy a chair or sofa unless I have sat in it. Some are REALLY uncomfortable.

That's so helpful, thank you. I've held off just because I don't want to spend money on something that will only be looked at rather than used. Looks like the hunt continues unless I see one second hand!

I just wondered how you're finding the loveseat after a few months' use? I'm also thinking of buying this but it would be my main sofa. Same thoughts as many others have mentioned about not being able to try it, so it would be super useful to know your experience.

I ended up buying the loveseat - really like it. It’s not my main sofa so comfort isn’t a huge consideration but even so it’s quite comfy I find. Overall, for the price I’m really happy with it

Think long and hard before buying second hand, especially upholstery, bed bugs are becoming more and more common these days, and contrary to their name they don't only live in beds, trust me, if you inadvertently bring them into your home you're in for the ride of your life, they're virtually impossible to get rid of, you might as well throw a match into your house and walk away with just the clothes you're wearing, not even joking, the only thing that kills them is DDT and that got banned years ago. I'm speaking from experience here, we lost everything and moved out, I would never want to live through that again, it's a life changing event.
