Its driving me mad. I was awake at 4am googling variations of "pictures of bald large actor who looks like a bald Michael fichtner"

So, as above. Sure he was in a TV series. Biggish/tall fugitive hunter type character i think. Quite moody/menacing.

I was certain it was Michael Fichtner but I've checked IMDB and none of the films/shows sound familiar.

So its definitely someone who looks like him, but is a bald maybe less famous version.
