What's for lunch today?

I am starving & currently considering my options for something that'll be gentle on my stomach🤔

Hummus with cucumber, celery, and toast sticks.

I've had some, leftover from yesterday's dinner, Mexican chicken and bean soup. It was only about 300 calories so prepped some carrot sticks and a few pieces of pepperoni to take back to work with me for if I get hungry later.

Just had crackers and cheese. And more quavers than I should have!

I never really make a big thing of lunch. I prefer a late breakfast and then just have a few snacks until tea time. Or if I do eat lunch it's usually just ryvita and cottage cheese or something like that.

DH "made" lunch today. So it was fish finger sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised at home much I enjoyed it.
