How to handle having multiple job interviews and trying to pick between them?

I'm applying for a new job, I applied to around 10 within my field which is short on candidates so I've had high response rates. I've withdrawn my applications for some but this week I have 2 job interviews, 2 screening phone calls with HR and one which I'm waiting on feedback from a pre-interview assessment I did.

I'm finding it stressful as all the companies on paper offer similar things, and I'm at different stages of the process for each of them. My top choice is one that I'm waiting for feedback on my assessment for, their recruitment process is quite slow. The others are all quite similar and I can't really differentiate between them.

Do I just go to every interview I'm invited for, or should I be more selective? I need to get a job by June.

Definitely go to each interview

Then decide from there

How many interviews do you actually have?

Go to them all. Name your price. Make it high.

Why did you withdraw? You should t have withdrawn unless you got a formal offer. If you fail your preferred interviews, you could have had another shot with the jobs you withdrew from

Try for all of them and accept the first offer at a salary you like. Drop out of all remaining interviews bar your favourite (if relevant).

If, after going to interview for fave job, you are offered it, consider if you like it enough to burn some bridges. If so, ditch first job. If not, stick it out and prepare to apply for job 2 next time the advertise.
