I bought a 2019 car a couple of weeks ago, super low mileage, really smart, a lot smaller than I'm used to though and I initially found that changing gear smoothly took a bit of practice. However, I have gradually realised that it's not me changing gear badly, there actually is an intermittent juddering at low rev. I paid for the RAC to give it a once over, annoyingly he couldnt spot the judder, but he did come up with a list of other minor-ish things that did need attention, and dealer has reluctantly agreed to fix those issues some time next week (water in headlights, rear washer not working, small crack in one of the windows etc) Since that was arranged, the tyre pressure warning light has come on and wont go off (yes, I have checked, pressure is fine) and now the bonnet wont open. I'm getting fed up; if it's this glitchy after 2 weeks then I'm not sure I want it any more. The 2015 consumers act seems to say that I can return it within 30 days if there is a major fault...do all these issues constitute a major fault all together?? Has anyone actually sucessfully returned a new used car? Any advice would be wonderful.
