Two days around Stratford UA - which day for rainy activities?

We’re visiting Stratford Upon Avon next week. One day is due to be windy (no actual rain forecast so far) and one day 90% chance of rain.
I was planning one day at Warwick Castle and one day in SUA. For those of you who’ve been to Warwick Castle before, would this be the better activity to choose on the day it’s less likely to rain? I assume there are more outdoor things?
Also, for young teens, what are your favourite activities in Stratford? I could go to Blenheim Palace as well I suppose?

I don't think there's much for teenagers unless they're into Shakespeare.
You could hire a boat on the river, but it doesn't sound as if you're going to have the weather for that.

The butterfly farm would be ideal if it's raining. You'll certainly need to take your coats off

It's quite small but you can go round more than once, lots of things to see, snakes, spiders etc

Short walk from town centre

Oh we definitely want to do Shakespeare things - we’re from Australia so they love all the history stuff!

I did see the butterfly farm but they’re not really into butterflies and things as they see them all the time in Aus. I think it looks fun though and we can definitely keep it as an option if we run out of anything else.

The point of SUA is Shakespeare - so

See at least one RSC play.

Visit his house.

Visit Anne Hathaway’s cottage (gorgeous grounds around the house, too).

Maybe take the bus tour.

Compton Verney art gallery is a short drive away, though it doesn’t have any direct connection to Shakespeare.

With 120 acres of art, nature, and creativity Compton Verney is an extraordinary place to visit; inspiration and imagination, outside and in.

Stratford upon Avon - free to go up the tower at the RSC and has great views over SUA, visit Anne Hathaways cottage and Mary Arden’s Farm, all short car journeys from centre of town, visit Charlecote Park (National Trust, 5 mins outside SUA), visit The Farm for a nice lunch, again, 5 mins car drive outside SUA. Leamington is reasonably good for teen shopping, independent shops and cafes, Warwick Castle is amazing to look at but the place is a rip off. St Nicholas Park in Warwick worth a little wander, can hire boats and nice little cafe

Shakespeare was meant to have poached at Charlcote Park but suspect that’s BS
