Without looking at the packet (as apparently one person doesnt in this debate...)

Would you cook these at 180°c or 250°c?

Fan oven.

I cook almost everything at 180° in my fan oven. Some things go in at 200° but any hotter than that they'll surely be burnt or at least rock solid if done for the full time.

Previous oven wasn't a fan oven so everything went in at 200.

I'd assume the instructions say 250 and the OP is querying this because 250 is insane! And most processed foods cook at 180.

I cook everything at 180 apart from roast potatoes which are cooked at 220.
I think my oven would go into shock if I used any other temperature!

No .my friend cools these at 250, which is utterly ridiculous imo.

Packet says 180.

Just thinking he is having chicken that is both under cooked a d burned at the same time that's dry as sand!

200° in a fan oven to crisp them, I think 180° is a bit low and 250° is too high.
